Sunday 25th April 2010 St Francis Church, Liberty Street, Arrival of the Reliquary 5 pm,

Mass at 6 pm followed by Holy Hour and Evening Prayer at 7.45 pm.

 

 Divine Mercy Sunday 11th April from 2pm – 4 pm at St Augustine’s Church Washington Street.

Annual Novena to Mother of Good Counsel April 17th – 26th (11am, 4pm, 8pm) Saturday 24th Anointing of the Sick at 11 am and 4pm. 

Monday 26th Feast Day – all sessions will be broadcast on the internet.

 

 Warmest congratulations to Brid Houlihan, Lagan Grove who was presented with the Lord Mayor’s Civic Award on Wednesday last April 7th at City Hall.  The citation read ‘In recognition of her immense contribution and dedication to her local community’.  We say well done Brid for this well deserved honour.  Fr Aidan, Fr Pat & Sr Imelda on behalf of the Parish of Our Lady Crowned. 

St Joseph’s Young Priests Society monthly meeting on Wednesday April 14th after 10 am Mass in the Parish Rooms. 

Do this in Memory of Me Communion Mass for First Communion Children and Families Sunday April 18th at 10.30 a.m.  

Volunteer Church Cleaners Needed Can you give 3 hours a month to clean and maintain your place of worship in a voluntary capacity?  The aim is to provide assistance to our existing cleaning lay on a rota basis.  Please give your name into the Parish Office or to Pat O’Leary in the Sacristy.  All offers of assistance greatly appreciated. 

Trocaire Boxes can be returned any day to the Sacristy or Parish Office.
